When the returned merchandise is received, it will be processed within 7 business days and the credit will be issued to your original method of the payment (credit card) within 7 days. We will contact you to confirm the money return via email or over the phone.

IMPORTANT: Do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want return it !!! The jewelry with removed tags won’t be repaid.

All returns must be made through USPS – the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for the lost or damaged items you returned – please be sure you return the merchandise in the sturdy package. Returns sent in envelopes or similar packages will be refused due to potential damage during the shipment.

In the case your order will be returned to us by US Postal Services marked as refused we will charge the “restocking fee” – 25% of total your order.
